Vase Arrangements:

• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures. 

• Change the water with room-temp water every 1-2 days. You can do this by gently holding the flowers out of the way to tip the vase and pour out the water.

  • Remember - if you wouldn’t drink the water, neither should your flowers.

• Make sure there is enough water to cover all stems at all times. Tip: A gooseneck kettle works best for pouring water into the vase. 

• Some flowers may die before others, but that doesn’t mean you have to throw out the entire arrangement! Just remove the wilted flowers and enjoy the others ♡

Wrapped Bouquets:

• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures. 

• Remove all of the wrapping and take out the hydration wrap & bag. Then, remove the tape and arrange them to your liking, or leave it on to keep the original look just as you received it.

• OR cut the bottom of the wrapping paper, and take out the hydration wrap & bag to keep all wrapping intact.

  • We use 100% recyclable & waterproof wrapping paper, as well as fully compostable floral hydration stem sponge-wraps and bags.

• Place flowers in a vase with fresh, room-temp water, filling it enough to cover all of the stems at least halfway.

• Change the water every 1-2 days. Give the stems a little trim every 3 days.

Lei:

• Store in the crisper drawer or middle shelf of your fridge.

  • If storing in the crisper drawer, keep away from fruits, especially apples and bananas—they release ethylene gas that speeds up wilting.

• Keep your lei at a steady 50–55°F.

• Avoid the freezer or areas with temperature changes.

• If your fridge is too cold, use a cooler with ice packs, but don’t let the lei touch the ice directly.

• If possible, keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures.

Delivery outside of Ewa Beach is $30.

Delivery is available every day during select times between 7:00am - 9:00pm.

1. Orders placed less than one week in advance will receive a 100% refund since we cannot fulfill your order. 

2. Orders cancelled at least 2 days before the confirmed delivery/pick up time can receive a 50% refund. To cancel your order please text us at 909-270-0391.

3. Orders cancelled without minimum 2 day’s notice before the confirmed delivery/pick up time cannot receive a refund. Mahalo for your understanding.
