Vase Arrangements:

• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures. 

• Change the water with room-temp water every 1-2 days. You can do this by gently holding the flowers out of the way to tip the vase and pour out the water.

  • Remember - if you wouldn’t drink the water, neither should your flowers.

• Make sure there is enough water to cover all stems at all times. Tip: A gooseneck kettle works best for pouring water into the vase. 

• Some flowers may die before others, but that doesn’t mean you have to throw out the entire arrangement! Just remove the wilted flowers and enjoy the others ♡

Wrapped Bouquets:

• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures. 

• Remove wrapping paper and arrange the flowers in a vase.

  • We use 100% recyclable wrapping paper, as well as fully compostable floral hydration stem sponge-wraps and bags

• Place flowers in a vase with fresh, room-temp water, filling it enough to cover all of the stems at least halfway.

• Change the water every 1-2 days. Give the stems a little trim every 3 days.

  • Remember - if you wouldn’t drink the water, neither should your flowers.

• Some flowers may die before others, but that doesn’t mean you have to throw out the entire arrangement! Just remove the wilted flowers and enjoy the others ♡

All orders must be placed at least 48h in advance and receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order.

We offer free delivery to select zip codes within a 1 mile radius of our studio:

• 94115, 94109, 94117, 94118, 94123

Delivery to all other San Francisco zip codes is $20.

We currently do not offer delivery outside of San Francisco County.

1. Orders placed less than 48h in advance will receive a 100% refund since we cannot fulfill your order. 

2. Orders placed at least 48h in advance and cancelled before 24h of the confirmed delivery/pick up time can receive a 50% refund. To cancel your order please text us at 909-270-0391.

3. We do not offer refunds for orders cancelled within 24h of the delivery/pick up time. Thank you for your understanding.
